Since Mario‘s arrival in the Mushroom Kingdom, he’s claimed victory after victory. Bowser hasn’t shown himself since the Bean Bean incident, and enemies on all fronts shrink back in face of the Kingdom’s unconquerable protector. In this new security, the toads thrive like they haven’t for centuries.
A situation King Boo plans to remedy.
In one night, the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom will simply disappear. All it takes is the right bait—Luigi. At least that was the plan. Once a trap is set, there’s not controlling what wanders in.
